What is a discovery call?

 A discovery call is a chance for us to get to know one another better. I’ll learn about your tax and financial needs and how I can help you save time and money and be of support. You’ll learn about how we work and the ways that we can potentially help you if your needs match what we provide. Even if you’re not sure what services you need, that’s ok, we can help you figure that out on the call. Here is an example of some of the information we may ask for: 

• For business services: Type of entity, industry, annual revenues, size of company, etc. 
• For personal services: Marital status, employed/retired status, sources of income, etc.

If we determine that Delamex Accounting and Tax can provide you with the requested services, our next step is to send you a quote and contract. This way you can review and determine what you’d like your next step to be. 

There may be some instances where we will need some additional information from you before we can provide you with a quote or contract. If that is the case, we would provide you with a secure link to our client portal so that you can upload that information, or we may schedule additional calls. We are here to help.
